The practice of meditation is what enables you to be strong not only in body, but in mind and spirit. It is the missing link that - when activated — can help you incorporate and experience all three levels of your being (mind, body & soul) in every moment.
Meditation is not about stopping the activity in your mind. Your thoughts are not the enemy. It’s your relationship to your thoughts that gets in the way. Taking time in the stillness between the thoughts is what reminds you that you are in fact not your thoughts but the thinker of the thought.
At Soul Hum we honor this present moment. In a world where we are constantly encouraged to think about what’s happened in our past, or anticipate what might happen in the future, Soul Hum is a space to just “be”. The more we can be comfortable in the present the less anxiety we feel and the more freedom we ultimately experience.
