Alicia is a gifted Intuitive Healing Guide, Wellness Coach, and RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, as well as an herbalist who brews her own tonics and tinctures. She has studied a wide range of other healing modalities, including meditation, Ayurveda, nutrition, tarot, aromatherapy, crystal therapy and various forms of energy work. She incorporates elements of all of these modalities into her healing work, but her real medicine is her ability to see others for who they truly are and reflect that truth back to them.

Amanda is a certified meditation and mindfulness instructor and has been a practitioner of meditation for over a decade. Her formal training is in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Primordial Sound Meditation. As a former clinical researcher investigating the biological and psychological effects of mindfulness and meditation, she brings modern day science, along with ancient techniques into her classes.
As a second generation meditation teacher, Christina has been meditating her entire life and has studied with many transformational healing mentors from an early age. Through private teaching and discovering what worked in her own life and practice, Christina has developed her own meditation program that is grounded and accessible, allowing clients to tune into their own inner voice and guidance, gaining the tools to make empowered choices while having fun along the way. Christina specializes in transformational meditation for all ages, connecting to intuition, stress and anxiety management, masculine-feminine energy balancing and meditation for business.

Before she started her life coaching and motivational speaking business in the UK eight years ago, Camilla spent over 25 years as a successful competitive athlete in the world of Ballroom dancing. Throughout her years of competing and working in the media, one thing became very apparent to her: when the body and mind are in harmony, you are connected and can be the best version of yourself, enabling you to deal with everyday situations from a very comfortable place. Camilla is an author, life coach and mindful living expert. In addition to teaching meditation, she is an NLP master practitioner coach and Certified hypnotherapist.
Cristina is a mindfulness meditation teacher, as well as a yoga instructor and artist. She began her meditation studies at the Kadapma Meditation center in New York City in 2005. During this time (while experiencing a personal awakening through meditation) she developed a deep desire to share this incredibly transformational practice with as many people as possible. To do so, she guides a very practical and accessible experience in order to melt away any mystery of the meditation practice and to inspire her students to develop or deepen their own personal practice. Using visual guides, breathwork, and mantras, as well as leaving a lot of open space, students are taken deep within their bodies and minds to feel their inherent connection to themselves and the world.

Eric is a Sound Therapy practitioner, Reiki healer, nutritional advisor, and also works in other modalities of energy healing. Being a musician for a majority of his life and working in the industry at the corporate level, the topic of stress management and the use of sound was a very natural progression. He believes in the power of music to help, heal, and bring joy to others. He has seen, first-hand, the benefits that come from this work and how Sound Therapy can help you cope with stress, anxiety and the other imbalances that arise in a world that never stops.
Jenna is a Breathwork meditation coach, healer, and teaches you how to detox the body and create a heightened sense of awareness inwards. Using the breath and life coaching tactics, Jenna works with companies and individuals to break free from old patterns and improve everyday perspective. Studying with highly respected worldwide author, healer and breathwork teacher, David Elliott, Jenna infuses these teachings using an individualistic and holistic approach that guides her clients deep into a state of higher consciousness. As a modern day teacher, guide, and life coach, Jasmine integrates spiritual psychology and meditation to elevate the consciousness of individuals. Her intention is to reveal her own light to help illuminate the path of those around her, so they too can reconnect to their own Light. She facilitates group meditations in private settings, and for corporations and disruptive startups. Jasmine worked for several fortune 500 companies for 8 years until her path shifted at the wake of a traumatic life event. As a result, she sought out holistic approaches including an eastern meditative practices, yoga, and a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology to heal herself and later sharing her work with others.Since then she has expanded her practice to include Conscious Health and Healing, Mindfulness Self-Compassion, and NLP.
Kevin has been practicing mindfulness for over six years. He’s led groups with The Eastside Mindfulness Collective, and he and his partner, Whitney, lead meditation circles in their house as a part of what they affectionately call HOMU, which is Japanese for “home.” As an acting teacher with Anthony Meindl Actors Workshop, Kevin has included mindfulness as a part of his guidance and believes it is a monumental component to bringing the depths of humanity to the craft of storytelling. Through mindfulness, it is Kevin’s aim to reintroduce those who are open, to the loving power of the breath and the transformation within it.

After being immersed in the stressful world of the music industry for 7 years, Megan reached a breaking point in 2009 and knew that she needed to create a change. Although she was living the life she thought she always wanted, she was unhealthy, unhappy and run down. Megan turned to The Chopra Center for Wellbeing to learn how to create life balance and manage her stress. She immediately began studying with Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon, the co-founders of the Chopra Center, and a year later was invited to work at The Chopra Center. Megan brings to her clients the individual, practical, and realistic tools, techniques, and motivation needed to transform their lives.

Raegan stumbled upon Breathwork at a time in her life when she was just going through the motions. Life was good. Work was good. Family was good. Friends were good. Whitney is a Meditation teacher, Breathwork facilitator, and is currently expanding her work into Sex, Love & Relationship coaching. Whitney came to meditation and other energy practices from her own deep healing and deep desire to understand what it truly means to embody and live a fulfilling life. Passionate about teaching others the ways in which our subconscious belief-systems determine the lives that we live, Whitney works with individuals through meditation, breathwork, sexuality, and other healing practices to unplug from these fear-based belief-systems and begin to live life in a newly conscious way. Shannon is a speaker, coach, and mindfulness teacher who helps thousands of people around the globe tune into their life’s purpose and activate transformative personal and career growth. Shannon was named one of the “Nicest Instructors in New York City” by RateYourBurn for his work as a yoga teacher and his coaching intuition has been called a “gift to the wellbeing community.” He leads corporate mindfulness programs for companies like the global non-profit (RED) founded by Bono as well as several startup companies.

Teigh is a Licensed Spiritual Practitioner/Therapist through Agape International Spiritual Center where she has taught workshops and led the congregation in meditation, visioning and affirmative prayer. She has taught group classes in meditation, yoga, dance and fitness for over 20 years and also counsels individuals for all life issues utilizing spiritual principles and practices. She is also a certified Prenatal and meditation instructor with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa.. Teigh brings humor and love to all of her classes and truly believes in the healing and transformative power of meditation, visioning, movement, intention and prayer.

Wendi Cohen has been a dynamic and instrumental force guiding people from all over the world as a meditation teacher and integrative coach, specializing in spiritual alignment. She worked for many years for Dr. Deepak Chopra at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing as the program manager and host for their signature program, Perfect Health. She is a Chopra Center certified educator in the areas of Primordial Sound Meditation and Ayurvedic Lifestyle as well as an Integrative NLP Practitioner. She teaches with a contagious joy and delights in helping others find meaning and harmony in every aspect of their lives.
