FREE Introduction to Meditation

In this workshop, we will address the most common concerns around starting a regular meditation practice. We will clear up the misconceptions about meditation, demystify the process and introduce proper technique. You will gain a new understanding of your mind, why your thoughts show up the way that they do and what you can do to place yourself back in the driver's seat. Workshop includes both instruction and a deeply relaxing guided meditation.
